    What causes the O in one to appear to be cut off?

    I don't think your coin is a Greaser. Struck Through Debris.
    This is a common weak spot on LWC's, So is the ED and AM of the lower legend
    US of A.

    @alurid Interesting. Do TPGs make this distinction? Grease is 'debris', perhaps less transient than some other types of debris. But good to know either way.

    I do not know their rules, But some recognize different types of errors.
    No one can actually prove their coin was struck through just Grease. I think Debris is a more fitting and honest term to use. Dies are usually impacted with a mixture of Grease, Oil, Metallic flakes, dirt...
