RPM or CUD error.... Lincolns lips and chin seem to be doubled but I'm not 100% sure

I think what you mean is Die Chip: http://www.error-ref.com/die-chips/
Your photos aren't clear enough to make a clear determination, but it's most likely a die chip. You're welcome to reference here though: http://www.varietyvista.com/02a LC RPMs Vol 1/RPMs 1943S.htm
In the future, if you put a 10x loupe in front of your phone's camera, it'll take a solid up close picture of things like mint marks, as long as you have enough light.
Hope these pics are a bit better
Not enough for me to be helpful, sorry. If you have a 10x loupe, you can use that website to identify if it's a repunched mint mark. If you don't have a 10x loupe, stop everything and go buy one. You can't confirm most errors without a little bit of magnification.
As Seattlite86 said, the photos aren't clear enough to tell much of anything. It appears that the mm S took a hit but I can't see any die chips in these photos.
Hard to say about the rpm in the pictures, I don't see any die breaks on the rim either. Try turning off the flash on your camera and centering your coin under a alternate light source and steady the lens level with the surface the coin is on, it may help the quality of your pictures ,
I have a few 43 steels that I got the other day.dont know if they are worth anything but the mint marks on one or two seem fishy
Here's the rpm or something
I wish I knew what was up with this other mint mark on a separate penny.is there anyone who knows about these pennys
Separate names with a comma.
