In the future, if you put a 10x loupe in front of your phone's camera, it'll take a solid up close picture of things like mint marks, as long as you have enough light.
Not enough for me to be helpful, sorry. If you have a 10x loupe, you can use that website to identify if it's a repunched mint mark. If you don't have a 10x loupe, stop everything and go buy one. You can't confirm most errors without a little bit of magnification.
