Maybe 25 cents or so retail. You probably wouldn't get much more than face value if you tried to sell though.
It's such a common date, low end on the grading scale and showing signs of corrosion. Doubt very much if anyone would even pay 25 cents for it.
Id get a quarter for it at my flea market, but our prices get a bit inflated with the extremely high demand over here. I would say almost anywhere else, a dime.
These are very common, and this is circulated, low grade and damaged. Ten cents maximum without the corrosion.
Sadly, steel cents are not worth as much intrinsically as they are historically. When you learn why cents were minted out of steel in 1943 then you discover that the historical significance is invaluable.
