    With a caveat that you will most likely not get the full silver value from your coin.
    1) Because buyers will pretty much always offer less than melt value
    2) War nickels are only 35% silver and are therefore harder to refine the silver out of making it not worth it.

    It's a silver war nickel worth the price of silver which is up to about a dollar a nickel with the current price increase in silver.
