    What are all those pictures for??? All you needed to do was take a picture of the full obverse and reverse, not cut it into pieces and turn them all upsidedown! But yes, it is a 1943 mercury dime. Its a keeper. Worth about $1.50 - $2. Not worth sending in to grade.

    I am.. I'm doing my own detecting thread.
    My two 1943 Mercury Dimes is the same subject as the Merc in question. So you are wrong.
    Don't be a hater.. ;)

    Your WRONG I'm Not a hater. You are Highjacking someone else's Thread because it wasn't your Merc's in Question. I've read a Lot of Opinions on here and you present yourself as if you are Perfect and make No mistakes. Your thread is about Detecting and Hicks wasn't, it was about it be had full bans. You like giving Advice but you don't like taking it especially when a person uses your Own words against you. You have a great day.

    Melt value. They made a lot of Mercs and unless it's an early rare date/mm or
    perfect condition, they only go for slightly above melt.
    You can prob get Merc's anywhere for $2 each. Variety of dates and mms.

    @James Williams ... @paddyman98 didn’t change the subject, which was 1943 Mercs.

    However, YOU turned into a Thread Nazi trying to split hairs. You need to lighten up...Spark

    It was stated early on that it was not a FSB and no one has disagreed.

    A common date like this harshly cleaned is worth its bullion value only.
