1943 ddo identification and what to look for? I found what is most likely a normal 43steel thoughts?

Probably nothing but the 3 looks thick to me. and I know it's lacking the thick 9.. the examples online don't seem very obvious for the most part. Thoughts? CRH find.

Look like the 3 may have sustained a hit and flattened it a bit.
