Seen on obverse strong doubling on date min mark and 'IN GOD WE TRUST' very srtong duobling on lincholn's image. Seen on epluribus unum and moderate doubling on'UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'.
Your 1943 was plated..or reprocessed plating.. What you are seeing is after the Mint plating doubling.. Just damage! Not a Mint Error or errors.
pic 1 and 2 looks odd to me but that's me and that does not make the coin have a value put this in a 2x2 and revisit after a few more boxes of pennies or keep it for your collection put on the 2x2 the date of coin and mint mark and the day you found it and put it up as your starter coin's I have one buffalo nickle with nothing wrong with it other than it's old and it's the First buffalo nickel I found coin hunting but rest of coin is what I call shadow doubling move the coin around and the double will move with the coin or disappear and I agree with paddyman98 on this coin
Even if it were a doubled die - which it doesn't appear to be - this coin was replated. Any collector value it used to have is now gone. The only thing one should replate is an empty Thanksgiving plate after a first helping.
