Without the rim problems, that coin is a 65, but the rim is part of the coin. I still go with the 62, but likely bagged.
an open slip make it better to grade. I agree with rlms cent MS-62' but you may get lucky and it come back a MS-63 you never know really what grade a TPG will give.
