    Could be, however, it's probably a scratch. Tough to tell without coin in hand.

    There appear to be a few small die chips. I don't see any added value, IMO.

    Save this coin. You can use it to as a reference. It's a scratch. It's cut into the surface and on this enlargement you can see metal pushed to both sides. A crack will always be raised.

    A cud must touch the rim. And a chip will be small but raised, usually confined to one small area. Notice I say usually.
