1941D wheat penny weights 3.31 grams possible errors

    1941D Lincoln wheat penny it weights 3.31 grams (verified 2)sets of scales).
    I think by the looks of it .
    It could be brass
    I think it could be on a wrong plachet or struck over ....do we know if there were any Peruvian plachets being struck in D in 1941......     A slightly heavy otherwise normal Lincoln Cent.

    Just a slightly rolled thick planchet. The weight spec for cents is 2.98-3.24 gms, so it's only 0.07 gms over. Not enough to have any extra value.
