The first image is the obverse and the second is the reverse. The third points out all the "errors". There are two longs cracks, as shown. The top left is a pretty steep hole. The "E" and "PLU" of "PLURIBUS" are pressed onto the hole, so it definitely is a mint error. Because of all the cracks and the hole, I'm thinking that the penny was struck on a defective planchet. It's a lamination error. No mystery. The hole is a detached lamination and the cracked area are not. They are retained lamination errors.
