The first image is the obverse and the second is the reverse. The third points out all the "errors". There are two longs cracks, as shown. The top left is a pretty steep hole. The "E" and "PLU" of "PLURIBUS" are pressed onto the hole, so it definitely is a mint error. Because of all the cracks and the hole, I'm thinking that the penny was struck on a defective planchet. Any ideas what this error might be? Thoughts? Value? I'm happy to reply to any question about the coin. Thank you! (The photos are edited so that you can see the coin clearly)

It's a lamination error. No mystery. The hole is a detached lamination and the cracked area are not. They are retained lamination errors.
