Looks like a strike through to me. As @paddyman98 said, the reverse isn't flattened so it doesn't appear to be damage
It looks like a strikethrough to me, too! There is no sign of coin metal pushed out along the edge as well. I wonder what caused it. Maybe it was a Tic Tac dropped by an employee.
