    Could be a tapered planchet. There should be some missing design elements. Maybe the O in ONE on the reverse is that missing element. You have the coin in hand, google tapered planchet and see if it matches what you see.

    It could be a tapered planchet or thin planchet.
    Make sure your scales are zeroed out.
    It looks to be well struck. It has the weak "O" of one which is a common weak spot for the wheat cents.

    Thin planchet, don't see evidence of a tapered planchet.
