When @CaptainMac posted the 1941 P WDDO-002 I thought to look at my 1941 P LWC's. I found one that has a very fine line running just inside the rim on the obverse. The line goes most of the way around the inside of the rim. Nothing indicated on the reverse. 200713204557432.jpg 200713204611969.jpg 200713204856616.jpg 200713204802584.jpg 200713204713352.jpg 200713204659704.jpg My first thought was coin roller scratch. But, the line is very fine and appears to be raised. It looks like a die scratch or die break.

Is this a MAD strike, PMD, or a collar issue? The answer may explain the fine line.
