    How do we know it's not a cent struck on a dime planchet? We have no image or a weight to know for sure what it is.

    It is. The OP from 3 years ago only posted twice and left the forum. I feel he had good answers to his coin.
    Our new member has a different coin. Maybe it's something more. I don't know. We need a bit more information.
