1940 Lincoln wheat cent die break or lamination error?

    Looks like it could be a minor lamination error to me. I've got several. They're not very valuable but still a cool find - did you buy it or find it in circulation?

    I think the obverse is a rim to rim die break with lots of wear. The part coming off the chin counts as a spike head. I can't see anything on the reverse.
