Lamination is a Planchet issue. http://www.error-ref.com/lamination-error-loss-before-strke/ And http://www.error-ref.com/lamination-loss-after-strike/ It could be in a small area or a large area of a Planchet.
I don't see anything unusual. It's about what you should expect to see on a heavily circulated coin from 80 years ago. ~ Chris
I'd have spent it. Yeah there may be something minor going on between the MM and the edge, but the coin is so heavily circulated, and whatever is going on is very minor.
After looking at those coin. Cant you see why newbies and myself included ask stupid questions abouts bullet holes, missing #'s, letters and stuff. Don't you have a different 60d picture?
