So my little sister ordered me a gift of 'a pound of coins' where you get sent a pound of eclectic international circulation coins. It's been a fun change from poring through wheat cents. In fact, just trying to figure out the country is challenging when my keyboard can't even type the characters... I came across this Swedish coin and it appears to be a Woodie. Online pics of similar coins don't show striations, so I think it's an honest to goodness improper alloy mix. I barely know US coins, much less international (heck, I'm not completely certain which is obverse and reverse on here) so if I'm mistaken and they're supposed to look like this, let me know. Anyway, this is a fun find in something I expected to be worth face value or less (and it still might be) but this one's definitely a keeper regardless. A little bit of a change for your Monday/Tuesday error analysis. :) Everyone have a good evening.
