1937 Lincoln cent " iberty"??

    Looking at the rest of the Cent it looks like damage. Seems like it was once scraped across a rough surface.
    Also could be a minor Planchet Lamination in the area in question. Common on Wheat Cents but with no big premium or interest for collectors.

    Any thoughts on this National park quarter,,the Mint mark and quarter dollar doubled??
