BNB - as I see it here is the issue. And I present this in 100% honesty and with no malice whatsoever intended. You joined the forum readily admitting that you didn't know anything about coins and that you wanted to learn about them. You wanted advice. Your reason for doing this was so you could "invest" in coins. Well, over a period of time you were told repeatedly by knowledgeable people, some of whom have been involved with coins for 50 years, that investing in coins was not wise, even for those well versed in the hobby. Your respnse in a nutshell was - nonsense, this can be done. Then you began to ask about specific coins, would this one be good, that one be bad etc etc. Then you began to post pics of coins you had purchased. Again asking it if was a good deal or pronouncing what a good deal it was. Well, when it was pointed out to you that it really wasn't a good deal and why, again your attitude was, that can't be right. Now you're claiming that people are ganging up on you, picking on you and being negative. All of this taking place in the space of about a month. These people aren't ganging up on you. What you fail to see, I guess because you are in denial, is that these people are merely telling you the exact same thing they have been telling you all along. And you apparently are getting tired of hearing it. Well, I can understand that to a degree. But don't you think that maybe the reason you keep getting told the same thing by a rather large group of people is because they are right ? I mean they all pretty much agree with each other. They all tell you pretty much the same thing over and over. Do you really think that they are ALL wrong ? Don't you think that it might be time to wake up, smell the coffee and at least consider - hmmmmm, maybe they're right. You came here asking for advice. That advice has been given to you freely and happily by those who have spent their lifetimes learning it. But you chose to ignore that advice, claiming that you can do what nobody else has ever done in the entire history of the hobby. Now, absolutely no disrepsect intended, but are you nuts or what ? My advice to you BNB would be to sit down, read, listen and learn. The folks here will go out of their way to help you. They will bend over backwards and spend no small amount of their time to help you. But you have to be willing to listen. You have to be willing to take the excellent advice that is given to you. Otherwise you're going to be just another one of those who wouldn't listen and end up throwing a lot of money away. And they number in the thousands. Now which way you go from here is entirely up to you. It can be a very pleasant and enjoyable experience that you end up benefitting from - or it can be rather unpleasant and quite similar to what you have been experiencing for the past few weeks. Which would you rather it be ?
