My father is into coin collecting and because he's not tech savvy, I'm here to help in any way I can. He found this penny and believes it could be Satin finished. We don't know any Penny Masters locally, could anyone help my dad, any info would be greatly appreciated.

If you are sure you father kept it for a numismatic reason, it might also be a doubled die. There are a couple that year, but you are going to have to take spectacular pictures to show it. Not my coin, but here is an idea of what you would look for.
