1936 dot Canadian one cent

    Canadian 1936 dot one cent. Here are the pics. I took a close-up with microscope to make sure it had a dot.

    This is not a dot cent. A real dot cent would have a raised dot, and it would be distinct and centered.

    Your coin does not have a dot.

    I agree with @ mikenoodle for the explanation of the 36 Canadian Penny. The dot on the cent is raised and easily seen unless worn by circulation wear.

    You'd have a better chance of winning the lottery than finding an authentic 1936 dot cent.

    Thanks. My son in-law dropped off a bag of old coins and I was going through them. I have more to show.

    I can't really tell as your photo is not full size, nor oriented correctly and has verdigris.
