Canadian 1936 dot one cent. Here are the pics. I took a close-up with microscope to make sure it had a dot.
This is not a dot cent. A real dot cent would have a raised dot, and it would be distinct and centered. Your coin does not have a dot.
I agree with @ mikenoodle for the explanation of the 36 Canadian Penny. The dot on the cent is raised and easily seen unless worn by circulation wear.
