Repunched die, working die with a repunched mm, and rework means it would be stated as a variety of the coin, with flaws and errors in the same band waggon. In it's entirety, we would have our hands full of money not all exactly the same. Would really save us all a headache, and we would have no point to make if it were all the same. They never said it was going to be easy money, lol (pun).
Either way. Adding letters to dies, reworking the workpiece (as in die) metalsmithing language. Pretty much interchangeable, if you ask me.
There has been 0 rework it was done in the same setting, Inspected then sent for use. They didn't send it back to the punch line, after inspection, and service.

correct me if I am wrong...but does markers always make a difference? are they always present? or does it depend on which stage it is? I found ddr's that were missing a marker and was told it is because of a different stage?? I don't know enough about that stuff and am curious. ty.
