    what's "Strong PCS" ? As in Strong Strike?

    MS67 you can check here, which would be above $790 if a good TPG rated.

    The above info was for a Philadelphia (no mint mark) and not the S which is higher.

    Pictures would certainly help. What does "Strong PCS" mean? MS67 coins are valuable but they must be graded by a reputable TPG.

    PCS is a basement grading company, we'd have to see pics to guess at the grade, since the grade on the holder doesn't mean anything.

    PCS 67 is prob a 63. With an equal chance it is not MS. (AU or details)
    67 is a VERY high rating. A coin is almost perfect at that grade.
