    Beautiful reverse, but the obverse is NOT a 65 obverse. Too many hits. It was market graded.

    I completely agree. The obverse should not have earned an MS65. Way too many hits.

    The 1935 Philly is nowhere near as tightly graded as the 1935s. However, the ‘35 P does double in price between 64 and 65. I would have gone 64 with the grade. I think what pushed it over was the really clean reverse, with a good strike, as 1935 coins usually are not well struck.
