Hi everyone, I'm back with yet another question: I bought a pack of silver certificates yesterday, and upon closer inspection noticed that one of the $1 bills has a green spot on the back. I was wondering if anyone can tell if this might be an error or not. Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of what appears to be glue(?) residue on the back. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
