LOL Anyways, my son made my wife aware that a $5 bill she received in change looked a bit odd. It's a 1934 series B $5 note...Cleveland reserve. Also noted the Secretary of Treasury was Fred M. Vinson, so I'm assuming (from his tenure in office) that the print was either in 1945-46. THe bill is wholly intact...from images I've seen online (and descriptions)...it looks like the grade might fall between VGC and Fine.

I'm assuming there's some value to it (LOL...at least 5 bucks!) and have no clue where to seek anymore info. Any guestimates out there? Is this a common bill? It's not a silver cert...no red ink...doesn't seem to have printing errors. Cool to see the "redeemable in lawful money" printed on it!

Anyone can email me direct...and thanks in advance for any and everyone's help!

Brad[/QUOTE]
