1933 Lincoln Wheat Penny

    I have a 1933 wheat penny in wat would look like a pretty good coin for being roughly 75+ yrs old...just trying to get more information about it...and its possiblity of being of any potential value..Thx again Mike...posting pics shortly..but enlighten me plz

    I'd say that is about a 3 dollar coin. Still worth more than face value, so it is a win in my book. Good find (if you fond it in circulation). Pre-1940 wheats are hard to come by.

    Thx for some insight...I have done research over the i internet and tound out valuable info on my Kroger store find...was just hoping to hear wat other collectors thoughts and opinions were on the 1933 lincoln wheatback..

    I have one in pretty good condition. It's a good date compared to most of them.
    While not a key date or a semi key, there are other dates that are far more common.
    With a relatively low 14 million minted for a Philly coin. But it was the depression so maybe that's why they didn't crank out more of them.
