How can the government claim that one coin is legal but all other specimens extant are not, especially since it cannot be proved that an illegal transaction occurred.</p><p><br /></p><p>Your link mentions that it appears that no inheritance tax has been paid on the coins since Mr. Switt&#039;s passing in 1990.
