I just don&#039;t see it.&nbsp; Why would someone shine up an already perfect coin (also most cleanings will destroy the breast feathers)?&nbsp; I don&#039;t know...&nbsp; To me the history of the coin is known.&nbsp; There&#039;s some toning on it...&nbsp; I just don&#039;t think it&#039;s been cleaned although I really can&#039;t make a call from the provided images.</p><p><br /></p><p>Like I said, I&#039;d send it in to ANACS.&nbsp;&nbsp; If for some reason it has been cleaned, they&#039;ll still grade it.&nbsp; I also think they&#039;re grading standards are as good (and lately a little bit better) than PCGS and NGC.&nbsp; And they&#039;re less expensive.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
