1928 Peace... U-grade-em

I will admit I was in the AU-58 camp on this one. MS-60, tops. It because capturing the true color and luster of coins is so hard on pictures.

Nice coin. Would like her in my set.

Light but overall distracting is how I felt about all the marks/tone on the coin.
That is why I was a bit lower with 63.

As for the 'wear' mentioned by the AU crowd... I chalked that up to poor strike myself.
We all know it might be totally different in hand, or even on other members' computer screens.

I guess the fact that it is a 61 means that the 63/64 camp meet in the middle with the AU camp on this one!

Personally, even with distractions, this is a nice looking coin and I would have graded it better.
