The gentlemen says the coin is great strike but believe that this coin has been dipped and polished because it does not have the cartwheel affect under light and that means that it’s not a true red coin, and has been cleaned or dipped. I am not sure about this as I don’t know enough about red coins. I could be wrong but I don’t believe this coin to be dipped because if I’m not mistaken the chemicals don’t bind the best with copper and it will be very obvious the coin was dipped.
