    25¢ to 75¢ depending on a buyers wants. It seems to have surface issues and shows circulation wear. Maybe even be cleaned. Is it an S mint-mark or just my Pareidolia?
    It would be helpful if you could include some verbiage in your post.

    Looks like a 1927 Philly with damage and the black spot pirate disease. In my area that would be worth a nickel at best.
