    Here's a fine specimen of a 1927 D Lincoln cent wheat back penny looking for you experts to tell me what you think grade-wise this with grade out at

    That's an XF coin. No need to send it to PCGS or NGC or anywhere else to grade professionally.

    I'd say more like a VF-30, but I'm trying to hold the line on the EF grade. In recent years, it's really been pulled down. NGC graded this 1909-S-VDB EF-45.

    This piece originally came with VF-20 ANACS papers in the early 1980s. That is so much of an undergrade that it's almost funny.
