VG 8 looks pretty accurate

 

I was thinking so too but how much would it go for?

 

www.numismedia.com is saying $37. I wonder how accurate that is..

 

Realistically, probably $10 on ebay. Book value is for expensive dealers!

 

Well I actually bought it for 10 + free ship. At least I didnt overpay, really I've been wanting a buffalo nickle anyways.

 

Unless you get some bulk order where coins are cheap or you buy it off somebody who doesn't know what they have, you can usually never make much money at all on coins you buy off ebay.
(I know, I've lost around $500 trying to resell coins off ebay...)

 

However after seeing the other sold listings on Ebay for this coin, I feel like I got a pretty good deal!

 

Yeah, I usually only make money from people who don't know what they have. It happens everyonce in a while.

But for coins that are at a really good deal but not good enough to sell again on Ebay for a profit, I just like to keep em.

 

No second opinions on this coin from other forum members?

 

I will go for the 8 with a long shot for a 10.
