1924-D Buffalo w/ reverse lamination

    Purchased the coin below for $0.33 today. Have to assume the LCS thought the reverse issue was damaged not a planchet flaw. I know valuing laminations is subjective but interested in any thoughts folks have. Thanks.

    Laminations are nice. Yours is obvious but ugly. It could of delaminated. Missing chunk.

    Paddy - thanks. I don't have a lot of lamination error experience. What makes this one ugly? To me they all look about the same (condition not withstanding). Thanks for educating me a bit here.

    Thanks. It’s a ‘24-D. Slightly less than 4 full digits but still a clear date.
