The fact is that graffiti doesn&#039;t usually sit well with collectors, and is especially true on such a common coin (and contrary to what you&#039;ve implied, it is indeed common). No one is going to rush out to pay up for a common circulated coin in this condition simply because of second tier TPG&#039;s plastic.
