It's a clash of the UNG from Verfassungstag and eagles wing from the obverse.

 

Yup, that's a DDR. A pretty good one, too.

Doubled dies on foreign coins aren't widely collected and don't get much of a premium, with a few exceptions. But its cool.

 

That is not true at all. Some bring very good money too. I have all these World coin Doubled Die coins...

I have a 1923-F that is a DDR.


This coin also has a feeder finger polished area at the eagles right wing.
