Can you crop it up for us? Still not understanding this.

 

It is a die chip you are seeing. Gives the incorrect impression that the sunray is on top of the device.

I know it's not a Vam, But I thought it was neat. Man people really hard on people. So much for encouraging people to post odd finds. Everybody have a good day.

 

It wasn't to discourage you. Your 22D is one of those VAM's I posted above. And there is in one of the years a VAM that is described as what you have posted. I was just hoping that you would take the time to figure out which VAM yours is.

 

It’s probably a VAM and I’m not a VAM collector.
