They do not distract your eye (eye appeal) as badly as say a major obverse scratch would right in the center of a coin...but the scratches are there.</p><p>My question is, how much would you estimate this detracts from the value of this key coin? 10%, 20%, 50%? Below is the best picture I can muster...Any opinions are welcomed.
