    Morgans usually sell for a bit over melt at a minimum. I agree that there seems to be signs of cleaning and the 21S is hugely common. I wouldn't pay more than a couple bucks over melt for this coin. JMO

    My guess-timate? VF35 but my opinion is also that it was likely cleaned.

    No, that's even a lower grade. But the good news is, the value isn't lower, it's the same.
