Recently purchased a 1921-S Buffalo in a PCGS XF-45 OGH (Old Green Holder). Upon receiving the coin, I noticed that it is a 2 feathers variety. So I'm curious as to a premium, if any, this might add. My thinking is that it is probably very little, since the value for the regular issue is high already. But would appreciate the thoughts of any Buffalo experts. I looked at the new edition of the Cherrypicker's Guide and a value is listed (in excess of the regular variety) in VF but nothing in the other grades.
As you already know, the regular date is fairly expensive, so the variety does not, normally, add a whole lot. Nice find, tho.
