1919-s ddr? Looks legit but no example?

So this 1919-s looks like it has doubling on the motto!

Yeah that looks like some nice doubling! I'm not into varieties, so let's see what others think.

 

Any idea who I can ask about this?

 

Can you post full clear pictures of the obverse and reverse? Not thumbnails?

 

Also what grade do you guys think this would be do you think it would be an MS65 red?
