1919-S Cent: Error or Damage?

    IMG_2962.JPG Hi I was just looking at this 1919-S Cent when I noticed raised markings on the reverse side. The front is damaged but other than that perfectly normal. On the reverse, no damage except for these strange markings. What is this?!? Thanks!
