    AS others have said. Buy "A Guide Book of United States Coins". It's loaded with all kinds of info about US COins. It will be the best $10-15 you'll spend on the hobby (you may even be able to find a 2017 or 18 edition at a big discount)

    thank you. but the coins I have now pennys its hard for mr to know whats they worth cuz some looks rare

    Most likely they aren't. BUT learning is the first step.

    That's the beauty of the Redbook. You'll be able to look up your coins and get an good idea about which are rare. You can't tell be the look. You can buy 1700 year old roman coins for a few bucks each, spend thousands for specific coins 30-50 years old

    Doing a little upfront research will help you get better info from members here and the Redbook is an easy way to learn
