Yes I have had to sign for all my moonlight mint orders.
They all go to a PO Box.

 

My order total was $260 including shipping and I missed delivery yesterday since they needed a signature. I'll pick em up later this morning.

I'm not a fan of the overstrikes. And I think he should sign all his work. But I am a fan of money.

 

Aren't those hard times tokens actually overstrikes as well? Or does he use his own blank planchets.

These things have weird luster...
And a weak center strike on the obverse from the high relief.

 

This is my first time buying from Dan, and I only bought it because of the history behind it. Probobaly won't buy again unless something like this comes up again. Price is a little rich for my blood.

 

Now just put them on eBay as a 99 cent no reserve auction and watch what happens...

 

Already sold one of the reeded edge ones locally for $160.

I forgot to bring the package slip along to work, so I won't be picking them up today. Again.

 

Got my package today. 2 1917 overstrikes, one 2 ouncer, and 1 1/10th ounce gold. Sweet!

 

My 1/10 oz palladium owl is a little heavy as 3.25 grams...no complaints though.

 

Just realized that it shipped REGISTERED. I approve; the monetary value isn't huge, but I can't just order a replacement for that reeded-edge token...
