Is it always this slow? I've never bought from him before, but over 14 days seems like a long time to wait. Plus I have no clue how long it will take in the mail system.
I've had mine in hand for sometime now and they are beautiful. The 2oz is stunning as well as the O/S. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He said he was getting over being sick, this seems like a 1 man show, plus he talked about what all goes into make one of these coins. Its no fast process.
Guess I'm not used to having my money held hostage for so long with nothing to show for it... But I'll get over it if and when they arrive.
Depends. Can be anywhere from a week to like a month depending on how many he has ready and how many orders are pending.
The Moonlight Mint site says that now 96 (89 high grade) of the 1917 O/S have been produced. No change in number though for any of the 1917 Hard Times tokens. All three still at 50.
I also ordered 1/21. I'm not unaccustomed to a bit of a wait when placing previous orders with him. Just anxious to get these cool looking items I ordered. I also have another order placed on 1/27. Hoping things ship soon.
He's not Amazon Prime. He doesn't have fleets of robots whisking things out of warehouses and into waiting trucks; he's making these essentially one-by-one, or at least in very small batches, and then packaging and shipping them himself. Think of it less as ordering a widget, and more as commissioning a work.
What does that exactly mean? I hope your not saying that the ones I receive might not be "high grade"?
You didn't check "high grade" on your order form? Just messing with you, you'll get the "high grade" tokens.
No but I did click the sign me up for his drawing. Chance to win an O/S a token and a 1964 Morgan. Chances to win 1/100 not bad.
