I'm wonder if anyone might know if this Is a Die Break or could it be a doubled Die? And what Sat Oct 21 10-58-33.jpg 1916 Wheat Penny.jpg Sat Oct 21 10-57-29.jpg Sat Oct 21 10-58-12.jpg Sat Oct 21 11-12-03.jpg Sat Oct 21 10-59-11.jpg may have caused those marks above liberty. It is a die chip or tooling mark on the die. The marks above liberty are Post mint damage (PMD) from circulation

Like a phonograph needle skipping across a record? It wasn't made like that at the Mint.

Sorting through a roll tonight I found three just like this. I thought it was pretty strange to find three in one roll. I was curious about it, so googled it and came across this thread. I wonder how long they ran it like this?

I suggest you start your own thread. It’ll get more attention that way.
