    i bought this coin already certified this way and
    i broke it out of the slab and sent it to ngc.
    i just got the results and they gave it an ms64-rb.

    I agree with the grade originally, but I also think that it was minimal and may have regressed to make it OK on the second. The second photo shows the tips of the wheat stalk with a pinkish tinge, and I suspect that was a problem. I would be interested in seeing a photo when the coin is returned from NGC. Nice coin.

    What is questionable about the color in the OP? I don't see anything wrong with it? It appears like it may have been dipped recently, but that shouldn't give questionable color.

    If it has mellowed or changed, that may alter my opinion. I think that 64RB is the right grade for this coin.
