I would agree that they are the same coin. On the seller's photo it appears that certain areas of pixels have been manipulated to detract the eye from the continuity of the scratches. Specifically to the field below and right of the chin. Also, I'm guessing that a lighting angle was chosen in the seller's photo to minimize the glare from said scratches.
I think Photoshop. http://api.photoshop.com/home_265fc008c76d4cc3ad46497ecee995e4/adobe-px-assets/5ebdf9a1087a43359d0baab0015a14be
or for that matter the arch on the top of the right wing. Where are the two buldges that evident on the original photo? Ruben
That one is visible on both. I think the difference here is that of a different lighting angle. The wingtip looks the same. The bars in the seller's photo come through distorted due to low resolution. They are impossible to compare well if the photo is blown up to the size of joshycfl's photo. Looks the same to me. There are many clear examples on this coin of dark patches that conform exactly. Just on the reverse, the splotches around the dot after DOLLAR, and in two places below the E PLURIBUS UNUM ribbon. Also, some of the obverse scatches what were not manipulated come through very well on both photos.
